On occasion, Quail Mountain will accept talented registered Morgans on consignment.
If your horse is for sale, but you don't have the resources (time, trainer, etc) to market your horse, call us!
All horses will be required to have three training sessions for the two two weeks. This will be an evaluation period. After that time, the consignor is required to choose from the following Training Packages plus Board listed below:
1) Bronze $250/month includes 2 sessions per week.
This is the minimum required for each sale horse.
2) Silver $350/month includes 3 sessions per week.
3) Gold $450/month includes 4 sessions per week.
4) Platinum $550/month includes 5 sessions per week.
We suggest 3 or 4 sessions per week for horses that have not yet been started.
We can also work with weanlings and yearlings.
Training will be pre-paid.
Boarding Package
Board is $225/month and includes pasture and occasional box stall with premium Timothy hay, clean water, fly spray and fly mask. Board will be pre-paid.
Sales Prep, Appointments, and Showings
We will wash and clip you horses and prepare them for sales presentation. We will photograph your horse and create a sales video which will be posted to YouTube. We will advertise your horse on our website, DreamHorse, and Equine.com along with the free ads on AMHA site and other free equine classified ad sites.
We will handle all inquiries and provide information about your horse. We will set appointments with potential buyers and handle the showings.
Commission
We extend an incentive based system.
1) 20% of the sales price is sales contract is signed within the first 30 days the horse is on our property.
2) 15% of the sales price if signed within the next 60 days. (day 31-90)
3) 10% of the sales price if signed 91 days or after.
